Our laser products are personalized and custom made with a high definition, high resolution laser engraved image. In addition to the laser products, we offer PhotoScribe products with color enamel that features a beautiful color re-creation of your photograph.
PhotoScribe products make a great family heirloom that can be handed down from generation to generation. It can also commemorate the memory of a loved one. We can re-create anything, as long as we do not infringe on any copyrighted material.
There are two processes available, the first being laser engraving, which is a black and white re-creation of the image. There are no inks or dyes or re-printing involved in this process. The laser makes small holes into the gold, creating a permanent image. There is also color enamel that is a true color recreation of the photograph on the gold. This is done in a heat-baked process, similar to true jeweler's enameling. All framed PhotoScribe products have a mineral watch crystal covering the front and back making them water and scratch resistant. This process ensures the durability of the pendant. Since the mineral watch crystals are bonded to the pendant using a heat and pressure treatment, if you want to personalize your PhotoScribe by engraving the back you must do so at the time you place your order.
PhotoScribe offers many options for back engraving on our pendants. The back engraving can be as simple as a few words and a date; or as intricate as a person's handwriting, children's artwork or another photograph. The options on the back of the pendant are limitless. All products are available in 14k yellow and most in white gold and sterling silver.
Ordering a PhotoScribe is a simple process; just choose your item and upload a photographic image. Ten business days from our receipt of your order we will ship out the order to the shipping address you provide, satisfaction guaranteed. All orders are shipped via 2-day Services, unless otherwise requested. For shipping addresses with P.O. boxes or a military address, your order will ship via USPS.
When we receive an order we always focus in on the face or faces in the photograph and we crop the image from the shoulder area and up. We also eliminate all background so that the image of the person or pet is as clear as possible. Should you want something other than what we suggest, please be sure to include that in the special instructions area provided at the time of ordering.
With framed laser engraved PhotoScribe products, we extend a lifetime warranty on the image. We cannot make the same statement regarding the color enamel, because as with any color item, i.e. clothes, cars, etc., the sun's rays can affect it. Our 30-day satisfaction guarantee and a guarantee against manufacturing defects however, cover both.
